    Hello,
I just bought your pro plugin and am experiencing issues with the styling / formatting of e-mails sent out ( I haven’t sent emails out to any customers – I have only used the test send e-mail function in your plugin)

I am experiencing a number of issues while customizing the woocommerce transaction templates, as follows:

1a) In the e-mail customers receive, all links (ex. such as navigation menu links and buttons ) display wrong formatting. Ex. the padding, font-size, etc. is not consistant with the customized settings in the customizer.

1b) Also in the email customers receive: Active links in the navigation menu (ex after you have clicked a link) change change colour to purple. I do not want that effect -but I can’t find the relevant selector and can therefore not change it myself using the CSS option (It would be nice if in future updates you would add the possibility of assigning a custom id to an element, so that CSS can be applied –or at least provide a list with the name of all the selectors you use for the elements)

1c) Also in the email customers receive: the sale prices in the products element are displayed in some random blue color. I would like to be able to customize this colour so it fits the colours of my brand. Furthermore, one of the product images (row of 4 products) is displayed as slightly smaller in height which results in the text and image for this product not aligning up with the rest of the products in the row. This looks messy.

Note, when previewing inside the email template customizer, the above issues do not appear to exist. It is only in the email sent to the customer that the formatting is wrong -so that is a pretty serious issue.

    2) When previewing in mobile mode inside the email template customizer not all elements are responsive. Ex the image logo in the top bar does not scale down which results in the Help Center link being ‘pushed ‘ to the next line (right aligned) This issue partly persists when the email is sent to the customer and opened on a mobile phone. That is. The logo scales down but the Help Center link is still being pushed to the next line. In addition, the font-size when opened on a mobile phone is generally much too small throughout. This looks bad.
It would be nice if you could make the elements better responsive or at least allow for media queries to be applied in the CSS section. But again, I can’t find the CSS selectors for the elements (?)and it would be nice if you could provide the option to add a custom ID to each element, so that it is possible to target them individually.

    3) Social media element: I am missing the option to add a link to my Pinterest account. Alternatively, you could maybe add an option for people to add a font-awesome icon and url of their own choice?

    4) Question ( I haven’t been able to test it myself yet but am wondering): I am using the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce by zorem and wonder if your are compatible with this plugin. I would like to add the tracking code in transaction emails.

    5) How come there is no option to change the font-family used in the email templates? Is there a workaround using CSS?

I have attached screenshots to illustrate the issues discussed above. I am looking forward to hearing from you

    Kind regards,
    Rikke
