Lots of problems!

Hello,

I bought this plugin with the intention to recover abandoned carts.
However, it doesn’t do a very good job.

1) E-mail formatting in Windows email (TERRIBLE LOOKING)
2) Promissed more than a month ago to add a duplicate template function. (NEXT VERSION STILL NOT AVAILBLE)
3) More than $4000 abandoned cart but all are guests….

Please advice!
