Lucky wheel does not appear

Hi,
I just installed the plugin and also already read the documentation step by step.
The wheel does not appear on my site. Also including the shortcode [woocommerce_lucky_wheel] did only work once, after making another change of color it doesn’t work any more.

When checking system status, after “allow url open” there is an “x”.

I did not find an answer yet, so maybe you can help me!
