mail not working in lucky wheel

Greeting, I have WooComm lucky wheel premium with paid support, and all is working fine except its NOT mailing results. I have an SMTP plugin running and all my mail forms are working fine.

I do have WOOCOMM in vacation mode so im using it as a catalog but as I said the mail forms are all working fine.

I have set up a Mail LOG and each winning spin is being recorded BUT no mail is arriving at test email or admin email.

Can you give any idea how to fix it please.
