Metafields is not Sync to Shopify to WooCommerce

Recently we have purchased this plugin.

The main issue is that “Metafields is not Sync to Shopify to WooCommerce”

I have followed https://docs.villatheme.com/import-shopify-to-woocommerce/#set_up_child_menu_7330 for your document this is not working as per the document.

I want to sync my custom Shopify meta fields to WooCommerce post meta fields.
