Most product images are not importing

Most of my product images are not importing and they only look like the attache screenshots. It’s also taking hours to load them. Is this really normal? The images also have those weird titles, does this mean that I am going to have to manually edit all of them? I have almost 200 products with more than 1000 images and it has only uploaded a couple of hundred after several hours. Most of them look like those with blank images in my screenshot. I checked the “error images” and there are no files. Please assist. thanks.
