Most things not working

1. When choosing one currency it will return to default after visiting another page (within the site)

2. When changing to a currency and you add to cart, the cart will show default and there is no option to change in the cart.

3. I cant seem to get flags and other things to function (Flags are not important to me but 1 and 2 are. But maybe the problem is linked)
