Move the size chart button and disable hover colour

Hi Team,

I have enabled size chart type = before add to cart

using the button-type “icon and text”

changed button colour to black and background colour to white.

I actually need icon and text without the button, as on hover it gives button halo structure, and also I want to move the size chart to the right side of the screen instead of the default left.
