Multi Currency active but expired and not able to open a Support ticket

    Hello,

    We are using the Woocommerce Multi Currency plugin on two of our sites.

    They’re currently working (with issues), so we tried to open a Support ticket, but a warning tells us: “Please renew or enter your purchased code.”.

    In “Downloads”, we also see they’re active on both sites but, simultaneously, a warning says “Expired on February 25”. It’s really confusing, because they’re working and that screen (attached) doesn’t help.

    We’d like to know if our plugins are active or, if not, how to renew them to be able to open the Support ticket.
