I’m going to install a cache for our site. I’m planning to use nginx fastcgi cache, but can also consider other options. I have read you various replies to other cache posts and I’m wondering if the only way to use cache is to avoid caching the pages that uses multi currency?
Or is there a way that the cache plugin can serve a static html page and your multi currency will still work by loading in the browser?

You have seen your link to what cache plugins are supported, but the way I understand it is that it works by specifying that it should not cache the currency pages, which defeats the purpose of using a cache plugin.
    Thank you!
