Multi Currency incorrect calculation in cart under certain product variations

I have WooCommerce Multi Currency Premium loaded. The products I have are “Variable” products with a few options and customization. Nothing too complicated. but the price changes if they selected a different option.

If they select “soft cover” book, it calculate correctly. But if they select “Hard cover” book, then go to the cart page, the price is calculated INCORRECTLY, displaying $45. when it should be $36.99‬.

I have to turn the plugin off until this is fixed. Is there a solution to this bug? Or can I get a refund so I can go get a plugin that does correct calculations?
