Multicurrency issues

Hi. We have the following issues using the multicurrency plugin on this site http://breakfastboutiqueisrael-com.stackstaging.com/

1. The fixed price on products does not seem to save. It is always reverting to the automatic exchange rate version.
2. When choosing another currency on the front end, all is fine until you get to the cart/checkout, when the currency changes back to £GBP. These seems to happen when you choose ILS currency, but not when you choose USD.
