my checkout page is not working as it should

my checkout page is not working correctly. Please help. I have tried everything and i have a few other pluggins installed which i am not sure if its having any conflict but i have two websites, one seems to be working fine and the other one isn’t. Peterneivesimports is working fine with the checkout as you can see in the peter checkout screen shot. Now on Todobabyquerimportados it keeps on showing the legal person type for everyone i want that to show up only to brazilian customers and also on checkout it doesnt let custumers checkout in different currencies. i put USD but it says it will charge them in BRL. (as you can see in Todo Baby SC). Aslo on Video SC you can see that the video is shwoing up for peterneivesimports but it wont show up for todo baby quer. and i keep on getting the ion cube not working on dashboard as you can see from attachemts. Please help me out. i need to put the website up and running and i cant with all these things going on.
