my currency bar not converting

    exchange rates keep reverting back to 1

    all 3 currencies show the local price surcharge

    eg local currency wst $600 ndz = $660 aud = $660 usd = $660

    i have tried updating exchange rates dosnt fix as well as changing exchange rate source
