my update key isnt working on my wordpress

I purchased ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce from CodeCanyon (Envato Market) on June 20, 2026. My purchase code is: c2e20cc8-f64a-457f-9600-aa1a7ba69c9a
I created a VillaTheme account and my purchase was synced. My account shows an Auto Update Key: de3eba92274dced5e53c1085d3e8daa0 (expires Dec 20, 2026).
However, when I enter this key in WordPress → ALD → Update → Auto Update Key and click “Get Key”, I get the error: “Your key is not found.”
