New Customer Email – Not working

Hi, I recently purchased this plugin and tried testing by creating an account via my sign up page (not by placing an order and creating an account, but directly via sign up).

I have the “Your account has been created…” template, and set up to be of Email type “New Account”.

Nothing happens when I create an account, no email sent.
