New status received “empty” and no email sent

    Hi,

    I’m using 17track as my tracking service. I checked the webhook log and saw some messages “New status received for tracking number xxx” with no status and “New status received for tracking number xxx” with status but no emails sent to customers. See image.

    My expectation is that the status is not empty and an email is sent to the customer. Please help.
