NO wheel on mobile – using shortcode

Hi,

1. Can I make it so there is no pop at all? anywhere. I only want to use the shortcode on a given page. How do I do this?

2. I am testing the shortcode on the page https://hire72.com/spin it works fine on desktop but not on mobile.

The wheel does not even appear on mobile.

Please help.
