No working

Hello, at first I copy my problem from Envato discussion:
I bought a plugin, it looked great. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work and I don’t understand why. Specifically: swatches on single page- the design change does not take effect (I currently have white text on a white background), swatches on product list not working absolutely… I have: WordPress 5.8.4. Theme: Enfold (from Kriesi).

– I tried deactiviting some plugins, but no change. Will you look at it? If not, is it possible to cancel the purchase?
