Non-core emails cannot be customized

Hello, I have 2 issues with the Premium version of this plugin.

1) I need to add some custom order statuses such as Abandoned and corresponding emails to customers. I am unable to do this with this plugin or dont know how to. There is simply no “spare” templates.

2) I dont know how to add tracking info in outgoing Completed emails from Yith plugin.
