not enough credit nexmo sms

Hello, I have just purchased Abandoned Cart Recovery plugin and tried to use nexmo as sms provider for abandoned carts and I all set with your video tutorial, and when I click save it writes me “You don’t have enough balance to send the SMS or account is incorrect.” . I have enough balance and my settings are set correctly.
