Not happy

Cannot verify purchase code or auto-update key .. tried all 3 .. my plug-in used to auto-update from Envato, easily .. now, I haven’t been able to update for months. This plug-in is proving to be the most troublesome of all .. why have you made it so difficult to auto-update? everything else I have running from other vendors works like a dream.

Inside the MC settings page, I have a box for ‘Purchased code’ under ‘Update’. It’s telling me the key is incorrect. I’ve ‘synched’ my Envato account and my new Villatheme account (how many accounts does one need for just ONE plug-in?) and none of the keys you’ve provided have worked. I’ve paid for a year’s support now, and I have 4 days left .. could do with getting my money’s worth, eh?
