Not importing all variants, rights sku or stock

Hi, so I’m checking out Shopify and have bought your app to assist.

It seems it is not exporting the correct SKU, all variants or stock quantity. I also find that the option to check/don’t check is not working. It often says there are no products to export even if I have selected some specifik products and chose not to check.
