Not receiving emails – WooCommerce Email Template Customizer emails

I’m using woocommerce email customiser. I’m not receiving any of your HTML emails, instead I receive default wordpress email.
1. I have an active SMTP plugin, which is working and receiving transactional emails send by other plugins.
2. I have enabled all woocomerce transactional emails
3. I disabled all theme emails
4. WooCommerce Email Template Customizer emails are active and published
