Not working properly

Hi website http://www.planprintmail.co.uk
we eant the timer to be on home page only
we want it to countdown to 2pm everyday (as this is order cutoff time)
once it has countdown down to 2pm it need to reset to countdown to 2pm the next day

dont seemto be able to get it to do this
please can you advis ethe settings for this
