Options with direct buy links

our WooComm site has direct buy links. There are a few products we want to use the cross sell or upsell options with Boost Sales.

are we able to keep our current direct buy links as is and choose which products or category for the cross sell items?

Before I buy I want to be certain that we can retain the direct buy links as we like but use Boost Sales only on products we choose.
