Order Bump on Checkout Page Redirects to Cart Page

Hello,

I had the Order Bump plugin installed and when it shows up on the checkout page, when I click on it to add the item it redirects me to the cart page. When I resume back to the checkout page and remove the item, it removes the item without redirecting to the cart page.

Pls advise how I can get the order bump feature to work on the checkout page without it redirecting me to the cart page.
