Order Status is not imported

Hi, I have tried twice to import the orders, but the order status is always pending payment. I didn’t change the settings for order status mapping.

BUT the woocommerce site is not a live site yet, so I didn’t set up any payment method, which I guess might be the reason why the order status is not imported.

Let me know if this is the real cause or if there is any other fix. And if I have to set up the payment method for the order status to import correctly, do I have to set up the SAME payment method as in the Shopify store? Or any payment method will do. I wish to store the payment information correctly as well.
