Hi, I have been using the Order Tracking plugin to import tracking numbers. But in the last two days, I found that after I imported the tracking number, my tracking number has indeed been matched with the order, but my order status has not been changed to “Complete”. I have tried to change all the orders to the “Complete” option when importing, and also map the order status through csv, but it doesn’t work. I tried to re-import the csv, but I see only “2023-04-25T06:37:28+00:00 INFO Start scheduling to send emails 2023-04-25T06:37:46+00:00 INFO Import tracking from CSV completed” in the log. Could someone please help me with this problem?
