order status not changing

1. I bought this product to see when the order status changed to delivered (like in other similar plugins) – as you said on the plugin description on WordPress:

“PRO VERSION
Change order status: Automatically change order status when shipment statuses of all tracking numbers of an order change to delivered”

2. I am using DSers for order fulfilments. it pushes the tracking number to woocommerce but it’s not updating in the order status – tracking – how can we make it update? need API?
