Hi i purchased your 2 plugin order tracking email and email customize, also paid your service to set up the shipping EPR plugin with sync to order tracking.
However buyers said they never received order tracking information email.
I checked settings, the tracking email type shows: WooCommerce Orders Tracking email, instead of “completed order”.
Can you please help me to check this and make sure once item is shipped from EPR, it will sync to the tracking and tracking email will be sent out.
Right now something is not right and not able to send out this tracking info email.
