I own the premium version… I started the migration following your documentation; all fine for products, customers and categories, with coupons I got a message about exceeded API rate limit (this is not a development shop), but ok, no big deal, I skipped coupons migration (or better: after it stopped several time, I just moved to orders).
Then I started to migrate ours >20.000 orders… all was fine, but without any action from us, after a while I realized migration started again: you can see in the log. We started with woo order 28908, all fine until order 14659, then it started again from 28908, duplicating all orders in Shopify (for example the 2 28908 orders I got have of course different Shopify ID). Why this happened?
But most important: my orders on Shopify are not accurate, so I canceled all: I need now to delete them all and try again to migrate orders from zero: how can I do?
