Pay now button on orderconfirmation “pending”

Hi,

we miss the PAY NOW button or link on the order confirmation pending email.
That should be there if someone try to pay with paypal but it won’t work in case of technicla problems or so. The order is than as status pending and the email which get the customer should have this link or button. I’m not sure if this is a default funtction of woocommerce and/or wc paypal but we also have a plugin named germanized and there is an extra option for that.

We need this because from time to time that will happen…
