PayPal amount not matching order and decimal places not showing

Hi there, we are just going through PayPal testing and everything is mostly working as needed. However we noticed that that when we check the order amount in the back-end, the total fee is correct in the order listing page, but not on the detail page or the confirmation emails.

On the detail order page it shows no decimals and is rounding up or down, also does this in the confirmation emails as well.

We have the USD amount set to 2 decimals but seems like it’s not applying it.
