Paypal not available

My main store currency is EGP, as my store based on egypt, in the plugin settings: I have two currencies: default one is EGP for Egypt, and USD for all other countries.
I’m using your plugin to use Paypal gateway for all countries except egypt as paypal doesn’t accept EGP. So in checkout settings for USD I chose Paypal. And For EGP chose other gateways. All gateways works fine except Paypal. When the currency is USD paypal still not available instead it shows this message “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

When I disable the plugin, paypal gateway shows normally. It would be great if you helped me figure out what’s wrong. Thank you
