Paypal trackings aren’t synced

Hello, i am using your plugin to add tracking numbers to orders and upload them automatically to Paypal.
I noticed that everytime i add tracking to orders, the bar status showing the paypal tracking uploaded always stays at 0% I don’t know if this is a probem from my end or something else,
i have followed the documentation that you provided
