Paypal transactions not coming through

Hi there, we updated our Multi currency plugin around 2nd Feb. Since this time, we have had no transactions coming through Paypal. Woocommerce Subscriptions automatic renewals through Paypal are also not working, as they are being marked as manual renewals. Is there any chance the multi currency plugin is causing issues, or is this just a coincidence in timing? Any help gratefully received. Thanks.
