Photos are not uploading from Iphones

Hello author,

As we have purchased the WooCommerce Photo Review plugin. Everything are going well, but some of our customers are facing the issues in uploading the image files from Review form. Most of the customers are facing who have the iphone and i think it may cause of extension of iphone or may any other. When they try to upload any image extension of iphone like .heic or try to upload from Iphone then, it gives the error like : Please enter a value with a valid extension.

If the issues is about the extension then please let us allow to upload that extension as most of our customers are uses Iphone ,we can not tell to each to convert the image. And if the issues are from another things then please resolved ASAP.

Here i am sharing the details of our site. Please help us out ASAP.
