Photos don’t appear with short code

Hi villa team,

We added a lot of comments, some of them with pictures.
In the Review tab, everything works.
But we added the shortcode to display the review within the description tab. There, pictures are not showing, except if you click on the review to see it in popup.

Could you please help me?
