Plain text – bypassing all .css styling

Dear VillaTheme Team,

As suggested I open a support ticket on this forum regarding the issue I described on your codecanyon’s comments section.

I am using an extension to send WordPress emails (which integrates WooCommerce messages as well). Is there a way for your plugin to send just plain text (without any css styling). At this moment your plugin enforces certain styles I cannot change (like the width which is too wide for me liking but moreover ruins my email tempalte).

If it’s too big trouble could you be kind enough to direct me to a file where I could make the necessary changes myself?
