    Hi,

    I used the plugin on my product pages, but over the last few days, it started causing my product pages to delay loading by 25-30 seconds, some of them not loading at all before timeout.

    I contacted my web host and they performed the following tests and found that the plugin was causing the product pages to slow slowly.

    They sent me this as a summary of what they found:

    * located that the plugin woocommerce-boost-sales is appearing in the php slow logs with the following error:

    [0x00007f871da1a870] get_price_html() /var/www/vhosts/petpoochie.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-boost-sales/frontend/frequently-product.php:113
    [0x00007f871da1a7b0] woocommerce_available_variation() /var/www/vhosts/petpoochie.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:308
    [0x00007f871da1a6d0] apply_filters() /var/www/vhosts/petpoochie.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php:205

    * Actioned woocommerce database update as prompted
    * attempted to disable the plugin, but this generates a fatal error that does not revert when the plugin is reinstated:

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class ET_Builder_Module_Shop, because the name is already in use in /var/www/vhosts/staging.petpoochie.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/module/woocommerce/Shop.php on line 18
    There has been a critical error on this website.

    * Tested updating the theme
    * Located some lengthy load times from large images that have now been removed

    In order to keep using the plugin, it’s this error that needs addressing:

    [0x00007f871da1a870] get_price_html() /var/www/vhosts/petpoochie.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-boost-sales/frontend/frequently-product.php:113

    Hopefully, that makes sense to you.

    I’d like to continue using the plugin on my site, but I’ve had to disable it for now as I’ve got paid traffic running to the site.

    Do you know how this could be fixed?
