Plugin for Info bar and Popup

Hi,

Can you suggest it there any plugin available for both

1) info bar – TO show info text like ” To display discount information and display the coupon code with close button
2) popup – To send coupons for subscribers to their emails

I knew that “COUPON BOX” plugin is available to send coupons for subscribers.
If there is any single plugin amiable for both purposes is much helpful.
