Plugin is installed but I only see features on one product

You can see that plugin works only with this product:
https://www.shoplarredatheta.com/negozio/prevenzione-covid-19/cimex/

If you enter on other products, you can not set the countdown.
All plugins are updated (and theme too!), woocommerce is running the 4.1.0 version
