Hello,
I had this problem before on my other store. The plugin is not tracking carts properly. Even if the client returns and continue checkout before 30 minutes (which is the time I set up for abandoned cart), the plugins considers it as abandoned anyway and it keeps sending sms. I made a test and I received 4 sms within 5-6 hours.can you help please ?
