plugin not detecting customer IP address

HI there, as I mentioned it the subject field, i have bought the plugin just so I can use this function but it seams that it is not working. I have read all the documents pointing to WP rocket but I dont even have Woocommerce multi currency since I have WPML multilingual that takes care of the currencies. Only when I go into my language switcher and click again on my site native language, the bar appears.
