Plugin Not working

I really love your plugin but is not doing the main purpose of the reason I bought it for. That is to display “pay on delivery” for customers in select countries such as the Gambia. I am in the United States, and I sell my products to customers in the Gambia but still now they can’t place their orders because this theme or plugin do not give the payment option of “pay on delivery”.

I have enabled local pickup on my WordPress but still now is not working. I need your help please to help fix this issue. Thank you. And it does not convert currency into dalasi at the checkout.
