plugin not working

hello
i purchased the plugin and i add multi currency and should be showing the currency belongs to the country with the updated rates but its not working

i add EGP as egypt currency but when i go its show with usd ( defaults currency ) not EGP
i open the approximately country currency but it shows me another country
i go with VPS to another county but give me USD and the only option that i can change the currency manually from the left bar

please support with steps to make the below
i need to make my default currency USD but showing to the customer his currency as per his IP address and when check out make the payment with USD ( duto paypal )
