plugin not working

Hi there, my website uses a plugin to display pricing tables rather than using woo-commerce single product pages. Once the link on the pricing table is clicked, the popup doesn’t work:

I embed that link into a custom button and would like the popup to show after clicking that, is there a way I can make this happen? Otherwise I just purchased the plugin but won’t be beneficial to capture all the 100’s of items added to the cart.

Is there a way to display an email when people click on the pricing table button that adds the items to cart? Plugin not working 🙁
