Plugin not working after domain change

Hello,
The plugin doesn’t work.
I changed domain from shopidea.shop to shopidea.co.uk
I need to get it working on the co.uk domain.
I was answered this:

“Thank you for contacting VillaTheme.
Removing the plugin key on a domain must be approved by the plugin author on our support forum, please submit a request for key removal from a domain.”

Please change the domain or inform how I can do it.

Some possible causes are:
It’s blocked by a firewall plugin
REST API is disabled
