polylang trasnlation not working

This is how the premium plugin tells me to do the translation: To design your WooCommerce Coupon Box in other languages, please switch your site to respecting language(WPML or Polylang) before going to design or customize. Switching language during customize mode does not work.

But when i do it like this it changes all the different languages and not just one version.
